The company strictly approaches the choice of cleaning products suppliers, the main criteria are: - accreditation availability / the right to represent the manufacturer; certification availability; high environmental product standards; availability of instructions and maps of technical and environmental safety; information support, individual sanitary-hygienic cleaning plans assistance, staff training.

Our operators use Swedish Cleanfix special equipment which is called ‘extractor’. We use certified detergents and Zinner circle knowledges. Before start, we apply pretreatment and remove visible stains, then dry-cleaning process itself. Affter that we use rinse aid for neutralization and care and forced drying to finish.

A fur coat, a slime, a scraper, sponges, smooth and pile microfiber, a steam generator to remove dirt from hard-to-reach places, a slightly alkaline detergent (for example Tornado KIEHL of German production with antistatic properties) are used to wash windows. The work has 3 stages:

• we wash the plastic elements
• remove dirt from hard-to-reach places (sealing rubber bands, window frame profile joints)
• then wash the glass, removing salt deposits if necessary

3 or 4 professional cleaning operators come in time. Our manager makes an inspection of the premises, coordinates future work with the customer, signs a defect report. Than we make our job. 30 minutes before finishing, the manager calls you. You check the premises, sign the act and pay for cleaning.
